Congratulations on your anniversary! Sounds like the most delicious weekend to celebrate it together.

I've found that all the London Museums require multiple visits to even start to scratch the surface. It took us three goes just to get through the Museum of London, and I know there's still more to discover there. We've been back to the British Museum twice already and still have masses to discover. We did our first trip to the Science Museum the other week - and at one point I had to say 'I'm sorry, I'm all steam-engined out' - so we'll be going back again soon. My poor brain just goes AW!! for so long and then melts, and from then on anything else observed is simply wasted on me.

It's also lovely to see someone else rhapsodising over food - that sounds like an incredible feast. So glad you gave it all a try - even if some of it wasn't entirely your thing.

And you've reminded me I really need to go see some shows.
