I have had it up to here with Amazon!

They've broken yet something else.

Forgotten Soul no longer shows up in searches outside the Kindle Store or "Books" sections.

This might not seem like much, but it means if someone goes to Amazon and just types in my name or the book's name, it doesn't show up unless they choose to search only the Kindle store or under books. It used to pop up near the top. I have emailed them once and had a response which said it's all working how it should do.

No it bloody isn't.

It was working fine before Christmas, so what have they done?

I have emailed them again with screen caps.

If I google my name only I come up, no one else out there has my name as far as google is concerned, so searches for my name bring back only small results. There is no reason this book should not be coming up when only three search results are being displayed on Amazon. It's the only one of my books that doesn't come up when I search for my name on Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com.

Has anyone else seen anything like this?

[Edit: finally, someone willing to tell the truth. Had another email back from the help desk. It's because they randomly marked it as having mature content (while they haven't marked the other two in the series). Hence it comes up when searching in Kindle or Books, but not in All, which makes no sense to me, but then this is Amazon. Bet someone decided they didn't like the cover.]
