Favourite Fairy Tales

Please help me - I am trying to decide what Fairy Tales to include in my new series and so I would love to know what everyone's favourite fairy tale(s) is/are.

So far on my list I have Little Red Riding Hood and Cinderella, but there are so many more to choose from. If there isn't enough room in the poll, please feel free to comment with your answer instead.

Not sure how to answer this poll. I'm not really a fan of any of these fairytales for the original tales themselves, but I do have favourite specific interpretations/versions.

Like, I really loved the animated series Peter Pan and the Pirates, but am not really fond of any of the Peter Pan movies, or the original story. The Disney movie "Beauty and the Beast" was a delight, as well as their version of Rapunzel - "Tangled", but IMO the original Rapunzel story itself is kinda creepy and nope, not interested. I loved the spin on the Cinderella-based movie "Ever After" starring Drew Barrymore, but find most other versions a bit tedious. Also, I loooooove the "Little Mermaid" AU trope in fanfic, but not so much The Little Mermaid itself. SO WEIRD. LOL.
